Trade? Good book for OP Veggie / herb seeds

Hi everyone,

I just finished a good book called Fields of Plenty by Michael Ableman.
A Farmer's Journey in Search of Real Food and the People who Grow it.
This book has been read one time - it is a nice hardcover book. I thought the book was great and thought I would pass it on to someone who might enjoy it.

Would anyone like to trade for some seeds?

I know I am fairly new here so I am willing to send the book first, and you can send the seeds when the book arrives if you would like.

I am interested in gourds, lettuce, peppers (not smokin' hot, but a little heat is ok), radish, atlantic giant pumpkin, bunching or walking onion, cherry tomatos, dill, feverfew, hyssop, savory, other herbs?

Let me know if you are interested - what do you have? Anything unusual?

Thanks,
Elizabeth

Hi there,
I have more gardening books than I know what to do with but I'd be willing to share some of my seeds for a SASE.

I have:
Dill
Hyssop "Giant"
Hyssop "Golden Jubilee"
Curly Parsley
Field Pumpkins

Let me know if you might be interested in these. :)

Thank you!

That is a very generous offer!

I am very interested in the dill, hyssop, and parsley.

I hope you are having a great day. The kids don't have school today so it is a little crazy around here, but a great kind of crazy. :D

Mine are in school so it's pretty quiet here. We're getting dumped on with snow (again) so I'm relaxing inside and dreaming of spring.

Sending you a PM. :)

Ooooh snow!

I think we have had enough snow to last two winters this year. They are calling for snow/sleet/freezing rain tonight. I hope it doesn't come. The kids are already having to go to Saturday school and they have extended the school year to June 7 to make up the snow days.

I got your PM - Thanks again!

How about a mixture of gourd seeds for the book?

If so, PM me your address and I'll PM you mine.

:)
Thanks!
