bougainvillea seed

I have been looking for bougainvillea seeds for several weeks and no luck. I have heard that growing from seed is next to impossible but I really want to give it a try. If anyone knows where I can find seeds...please let me know. I have some veggie seeds that I can offer to trade if interested. Thanks in advance and any tips on finding seeds would be very much appreciated!
