Are we allowed to trade plants here?
I can't speak for the webmaster, but I do know that many states, especially California, have prohibitions on the entry of live plants, whether from other states or other countries, due to disease / insect / invasive plant concerns.
Until the webmaster gives clearance--and, given that he lives in California, I wouldn't hold my breath--let's keep it to "Seed Swapping - Sharing Plant Seeds," as he has specified in the name of this sub-forum.
