Could anybody please identify this species of fern (if that's even what it is) for me please?

It looks like Bracken to me.....Pteridium Aquilinum.

It pops up in my landscape in the Pacific Northwest. It is lovely in the woods, as your pictures shows. In my yard I have to keep it in check, it's fairly vigorous with healthy strong roots.
