Caring for and maintaining Cleveland Select Pear Trees

I planted 3 last year and installed a nice retaining block tree ring around each. They are just saplings and only measured maybe 6' tall when I planted them in mid August. I have always loved these trees and always wanted them. I've read they are a very pest and disease resilient tree. Fire blight seems to be my main concern. Basically I don't want to be the guy with two beautiful trees and one dead one that will need replaced.

Central Illinois is my zone. I believe zone 5. Any advice or tips to keep these trees healthy and growing strong would be great!

Also, all three have began to flower and all branches have new buds growing.
