Welcome to the Helpful Gardener,
try reading this site:
https://www.gardening-tips-perennials.com/pampas-grass.html
and this one:
https://pubs.caes.uga.edu/caespubs/horticulture/pampasgrass.html
These sites recommend using synthetic fertilizers. I'm going to advise against that and recommend that you substitute that information on the sites by adding some sifted compost to your pampas grass (just rake it in and shake the stems to spread it around).
You can use more soluble forms of fertilzer once a month in the spring and summer like Liquid Seaweed and Liquid Fish fertilizer diluted as per the instructions on the bottles.
Looks from the brief reading of those sites, like pampas grass is not hard to take care of and can be quite beautiful so, have fun with it!
