New Home plant identification (keep or pull)

Please help me identify plants around the new home I purchased.

First suspect:

These are popping up around my yard, but are clustered in some areas to make me think they may not simply be a weed.

Not sure what it is but I don't think I'd pull it all out. It has a nice look to it and looks familiar.

It would help to know where you are located, but I'm going to guess wisteria vines.

That would be a bit of luck he could put up something for it to climb, the flowers are beautiful. I have some old wisteria seeds I'm hoping to get started.
