Need help with my retaining wall...

Can anyone suggest an easy, inexpensive solution to my deteriorating retaining wall in my back yard? Anything to block the wall or make it look nice without building a new wall or putting up an expensive fence? It is a very long area... thank you!

That is a very (!) long retaining wall. Since you ruled out building a new one, it seems like the main other option is just taking it out and letting the ground there just slope down instead of stepping down.
