Sprinkler Head Choices

I was wondering if anyone could tell me, because I'm obviously having no luck finding out on my own, if you can buy a stationary spray sprinkler head that is not a pop-up? If so, is there a specific name for them or manufacturer that you would recommend?

not just on the end of a hose plunked in the middle of a space?
this is to install in a sprinkler system?

there's "risers" - just a short piece of pipe really - that screw into the in-ground fitting and you put a non-pop up head on top - used for shrub areas. etc, where the water stream of a pop-up would be "blocked" exiting at ground level.

Like the previous poster mentioned with using just the riser. Available in many lengths. I like Hunter MP Rotator heads. Supposed to save water by spraying in a stream and not a mist.
