Grass in my groundcover....Help

I have grass growing throught my Rubus calycinoides groundcover.
Ive tried a few things to get rid of the grass & nothing seems to work. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. I will try anything at this point. I am currently doing it by hand & its like painting the Golden Gate Bridge.
HELP.....

Putting in new groundcover is a labor of love. You can put down three inches of mulch but the grass or weeds shouldn't be hard to pull out if you turned over the soil before planting. No easy soultion.

There is a product called Over-the-top that is used to kill grass in groundcovers. You would want to check the product label for you particular groundcover but it is worth a read.
