Help for an ugly concrete retaining wall

Anyone have ANY ideas of what I can do with a hideous concrete block retaining wall that is located where we park our cars by our basement and supports our backyard? :?: I had thought about stuccoing it but I don't know how to go about it and didn't know if it were absoultely necessary to do the framing and chicken wire thing or if stucco could be applied directly. Some pictures as ideas would be AWESOME :D if anyone has any. Much thanks in advance!!!!!! ~Christine in AL

How about Painting the wall with a dark colour so that it 'disappears' and then dressing the wall with some ornamental trompe l'oeil trellis? You don't have to plant anything against it, it stands on its own as a decoration. Google images have some examples. A mirror in the middlle of the trellis would look good.
