structure of roots infected with mycorrhizae

I just want to know how to distinguish an infected root ?

Please help me because this is for my thesis....My study is the Occurrence of Arbuscular Mycorrhizae in Pygmy Forest Roots..

I hope that you can help me, specially in gathering literatures...

I think you are asking rather a specialised question for this forum
There are plenty of pictures online for Arbuscular Mycorrhizae if that is of any help...Probably not as you could look that up yourself.
