Is this fish emulsion fert. still usable?

Hello all, I found a bottle of fish emulsion fertilizer that is probably about 5 or 6 years old and was wondering if it is still usable? I would smell it to see it it has gone bad or not but I do not think that would get me anywhere...lol. Thanks all.

It may be drier. Smelling won't tell you much. It always smells bad. I have used older bottles, the NPK may not be the same as stated, but It did not harm the plants. It was harder to get it out of the bottle so I had to add water and use a stick to scoop it out.
