What is this bug on my tomatoes?!

I just went to water my tomatoes and found two of these bugs. What are they? Should I be worried?

They were pretty tiny right? I'm reasonably certain those are syrphid/hover fly larvae -- working members of your Garden Patrol

they were definitely tiny. green with brown along the top.
