Grapefruit Leaf Pest

My grapefruit tree appears to be doomed. It had tons of flowers and fruit when I bought it a few weeks ago. Now 0 flowers and 2 fruit left. Some leaves are yellow and all leaves even knew ones have a million holes from pest. I sprayed this on them after trying soap and water and it didn't work. I have the yellow sticky bug catchers is there anything else I can do?

When will the flower again?

I use this insect spray: https://www.saferbrand.com/store/outdoor-insect/5102

Can't really tell what pic 1 is., it's very difficult to see.

Pic 2 looks like Asian Citrus Psyllid.

The last one looks kind of like a rose beetle.

Thanks I thought 3 was a rose beetle and I thought 2 was an Asian Citrus Psyllid but didn't want to believe it based on my the state of FL it means that tree needs to be quarantined sounds a little scary and official for me. I will crop and upload a diff one of pic 1.

How big is insect #2? According to what I was reading the psyllid is only the size of an aphid. If this is bigger it might be a caddisfly.

How was the tree kept before you bought it and how are you keeping it? Was it indoors then moved outdoors, or outdoors and moved indoors?
