Larvae in Strawberry Guava

Hello,

I live in Southwest Florida and have a young strawberry guava tree in my yard, I love the fruits and can't wait for their season. Last year, though - every single fruit I opened contained some sort of a tiny worm, looks like a larvae in the same color as the inside of the fruit itself, which leads me to believe that something laid eggs inside the fruits.
I know about some chemical solutions, such as Confidor which are recommended, but I'm looking for the organic alternative.
If you have any suggestions - please help!

Thanks in advance
Max
