What's wrong with my plants?

Could someone please help me?! I have noticed this year my roses, grapes and blueberry plants are growing weird.
Regrowth starts, than the leaves start curling and drying up.
I have fertilised, watered and even given them eco-seaweed as normal & given the roses the same attention I always
give them. I have even noticed my blueberries start drying up at some stage, most of the time when the flowers start to fruit.

Does anyone know what is happening to them?
I have included photos.

I really appreciate any help I can get.

Do you think you could have over fertilized them? I did that once and my lilac had a strange leaf curl problem for a while. It eventually recovered, but it took a while.

I only fertilise twice a year as I use slow release fertiliser pellets :(
They are in different gardens and my blueberries are in a pot.
I just don't understand why they are like that this year.

Hmm... So no one else thinks these look like herbicide damage? I didn't post earlier because
I was hoping someone else would be more definitive about thinking so. (Did that make sense? It's 4 am here....)

....blueberries could be mummy berry disease though....
