Little Holes on pepper seedlings

I think I may have a flea beetle problem found tiny holes appearing on my pepper seedlings after bringing them inside from hardening them off. Found one tiny black beetle, what can I do or spray to get rid of them?

Adults and larvae flea beetle, chew tiny holes in leaves and also transmit viral and bacterial diseases.
Misting with water in the morning and early afternoon may decrease damage.
