Potatoes have blight?

I planted potatoes (red and white) around St Pat's day. For the first month they shot right up and were flowering, lush green and healthy. After that a few plants had their leaves start yellowing, then with brown spots. Slowly plants along the row became affected.

Can anyone tell from the pics if this is blight?

I suspected blight and was going to remove (throw away not compost), so my tomato plants weren't jeopardized, however upon re-inspection I noticed new, dark green growth at the base of the stems which maybe indicates the plants are making a comeback?

I pulled one plant and harvested one potato which was small but seemed fine. Should I leave the rest in to get bigger or is this blight and I'd be better off just removing all the potato plants?

I don't think blight. You know when the potatoes are ready to harvest, the plants start dying, get kind of yellowed and wilty and eventually die.

My potatoes were planted a little later than yours, because we had a slow spring. They are looking about like this picture right now.
