Bell peppers losing leaves

Hi, my indoor bell pepper plants seem to be losing leaves.
The leaves begin to yellow and then drop off on their own.

What's going on here? My pepper plants are indoors, under a grow light.
Is this normal behavior or sign of something bad?

Not normal. My guess would be too cold, insufficient light, too much water, or sucking insects (aphids or whiteflies are likely suspects -- if you see ants in the foliage or around the growing area, they probably brought them and are herding them). If they have been growing in the same container for a while, they may need to be fertilized or uppotted.

How much longer until you can put them outside?

I never had plans on putting them outside, but I suppose I can put them out this coming weekend.
