Beneficial insects

I try to attract beneficial insects to my garden to take care of the pests. It means that I tolerate damage, but in the end the good bugs do a better job than I can in controlling the worst problems.
As a result. I have very few problems with aphids, scale, or cabbage worms.
I have in the past though squashed a few lady bug larvae thinking they were pests. (They are ugly!), and I might have let a few mealy bugs go thinking they were mealybug destroyers.
So, I am posting a few links to sites with pictures of the good guys we should all try to encourage to come to our gardens and try to be pest and pesticide free.
