I'm eating a salad

- Mixed lettuce/greens, scallions, and radish harvested from under the grow area lights.
- alfalfa and adzuki sprouts harvested from the canning jar and salad spinner sprouters
- a red ripe Donomater tomato harvested from Winter Wonderland/family room
- yellow hot lemon pepper harvested from Kitchen window bench
- summer harvested peppermint leaves from the freezer

Aaaahhhh.

Wonderful!! Homegrown salad in February!

I think next time around, I will grow greens in my aerogarden, instead of herbs.

Sounds delightful. I had greens in pots in the topical cove (my front porch) till around dec, some how. I seriously think they are still trying to grow and will come back this spring, we shall see.

This reminds I need to go buy some carrot seed.
