Have any of you watched the film Back to Eden? I took the time to watch it last night and it's fantastic!
It's an hour and 45 minutes long so.....plan ahead!
Everything he talks about doing fits right in with all of the research I've been doing on natural gardening.

I've seen the film and have a copy of it at home. Very informitive and very sound advice! Something that I've been doing for years, but great to see on a somewhat larger scale.
Now, I'm not the least bit religious (as the film has some religious connotations), but if your wanting some tips on gardening, this is definitely an interesting watch.

I was trying to figure our how to cut down on the weeding this year as I have about 3000 sq ft of vegetable garden along with lots of flower beds. My son told me to view the film and boy I was ready to try anything.
It was a lot of work hauling in the mulch but I am already seeing results. I take a stroll through the garden and only see a few weeds that I either pick or throw a few handfuls of mulch on. Here is a picture of my potatoes. I planted them the middle of May.

I am excited to see the end results.

We touch a little on this subject here last year.klevelyn wrote:I was trying to figure our how to cut down on the weeding this year as I have about 3000 sq ft of vegetable garden along with lots of flower beds. My son told me to view the film and boy I was ready to try anything.
