Pelleted Organic Seeds

Does anyone have experience with pelleted organic seeds.
I'm thinking about ordering some carrots and lettuce
seeds in this form (Johnnyseeds).
Pros/cons or any input or additional info?

Make your own seedballs it's very easy. I just made 5000 carrot seedballs.
