Killing Grubs

I found some grubs in my garden today that have been killing my lettuce plants. I came in to do some research on killing them, and while I was originally thinking it would have to be a chemical.. I found entomopathogenic nematodes. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Entomopathogenic_nematode

Are these safe to use in the garden and yard??? What are your thoughts on these?

Although I have never used it - I thought that is a safe way to kill these grubs.

Yes, to my knowledge they are completely safe. We sprayed them all over our yard & garden this spring hoping to kill flea and Japanese beetles larvae. So far, so good. :)
