my cyclamens are growing verry thin then they die.
what is the problem?

I take it you were trying to post a photo of your cyclamen? Here's instructions on how to do that:

To start with you can't upload photos directly to here from your computer. They have to be on-line first, usually at some kind of photo hosting site, like photobucket.
