Are these broadbeans safe to eat?

I left some broadbeans to dry on the plants so I could eat them as dried beans and save some seed. Some of them are spotty. Are they safe to eat?[img]https://i256.photobucket.com/albums/hh191/Kat_SA/PC210136.jpg[/img]
