the garlic spray works better when fermented for a few days and if you add the hottest chilis you can find it helps.
that being said. much more natural approaches to pest control work much much better( I.e birds, lizards, other bugs, etc...)

Garlic Barrier Spray is a brand name:

They say it is a super concentrated garlic juice, with a little bit of citric acid and preservative added.
I haven't used it, but I have used homemade garlic/onion/pepper spray, probably considerably less concentrated and it works pretty well for me. So the concentrated stuff probably works even better.
The question is does it work too well... that is will it repel and/or be harmful to honeybees and other beneficials? The co website above suggests don't use it on blooming plants, so that you don't risk driving away your honeybees.
