Are these herbal tea ingredients safe to use?

I just read a lot of good tips in these forums about how to control fungus gnats. I'm going to try the cinnamon/chamomile tea technique. The tea that I have in my cupboard contains chamomile but also a bunch of other ingredients. Thought I'd ask if anyone knows if these are ok for plants (if not, I'll run and buy some different tea... just hate to be wasteful).

Eleuthero, peppermint, ginger, west indian lemongrass, licorice, catnip, tilia flowers, natural flavors, soy lecithin, and hops.

I'm sure it's probably safe to use... I'm just being careful. Please let me know if any of these ingredients are instant death to veggie plants.

As always, thanks for the help!

I would personally go buy some chamomile, it is very cheap. without further research theres no way to tell what those other ingredients effects will be on other plants.
