Neem oil is fantastic for repelling Jap beetles

In my quest to become 100% organinc I decided to try neem oil for my annual Jap Beetle problem. So I began spraying weekly last week, when I saw the first beetle. I also decided to hang two beetle traps far away from my gardens. I must say, it has worked flawlessly. There's not a beetle in sight!! The neem oil smells nice too, and I don;t have to duck out of the way when I'm down wind of the spray.

Neem oil is also an excellent fungicide.
