My chief assistant gardener hauled in these two today. I wanted to take a picture with her holding two in each hand, but they were too heavy for her. Suffice it to say, good quality stock matched to your day length makes all the difference. For years, I grew golf balls from the sets from the local hardware store.... :oops:

Got about 30 this size. Pulling red onions today so we will see how those are

Nice! My red onions (red candy) grow much smaller than my white and yellow ones (superstar and candy). I can't get the red ones much bigger than tennis balls.
