Soft, White spots

Its just one problem after the other. My tomato plant has been going good without any problems, until now. On some tomatos that have been developing some soft, white spots have formed. What are these from? How can I get rid of them?

Probably mildew; we like the neem oil (natural botanical) to take care of that...
