They have always been welcome here. 
One of the complaints I received about certain forums was that some of the discussions could become heated. Our community was created partly as a response to solve that problem. Thus, civility and politeness are something we strongly care about so that members feel happy and comfortable.
So please invite all your online friends, we try to do whatever we can to accommodate members, including creating new forum categories if that's what they need.
Just tell me what you need and I'll give it to you!
