How to set up timer system to water plants

I'm so disappointed. I just got into gardening and I've planted a bunch of annuals and perennials around Easter this year and I was loving how well they were doing. I go out and water them all every morning but I went camping this weekend so I missed watering them Saturday. I just got home today, Sunday, around 3:30pm and most were wilted and many were completely dried up and dead. I gave them a good watering Friday afternoon before I left but the weather here in Florida just got really hot up to 95 and I guess it was just too hot.

Does anyone know how I could setup a system to time water them while I'm away so I won't lose anymore?
