It's a Tiger moth caterpillar of some type, maybe a dark form of the Yellow Woolly bear, maybe a Lined Tiger moth. But not an Isabella Moth.

ETA...here’s my contribution... a volunteer (so no ID) variegated leaf tomato seedling -

(It could be one of my significantly variegated Shimofuri segregates with striped/variegated leaf and trunk stems and tendency to show purple/pink when cold, but it could also be from one of the other hobby breeders’ cross.)
