Brassaia actinophylla (Schefflera)

I have a Brassaia actinophylla (Schefflera) the top is so beautiful and full but the bottom is bare in some places. someone told me I could cut the top of and place it in soil and it will reroot itself is this true?(its about 6 feet tall)

Hi Chris,

You will need to air layer for good success. Just cutting off the top and sticking it in soil would be very risky. See propagation here.
