Fiberglass Greenhouse needs outside coating

Hello -

I've recently acquired a used Fiberglass greenhouse. It consists of a single molded construction with crosshatched fibers...

It's aboutt 20 years old and it needs some sort of new coating on the outside because, over time, it has deteriorated a bit and the crosshatched fibers are starting to flake off...

Does anyone know what could be used to coat this? Someone suggested using a "Marine" polyurethane to coat it, but I'm not sure.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

TIA,
alisios

Alisios,
Actually, whoever suggested Marine Poly is a genius.

Your options are limited to techniques because your fibers are starting to flake off. If they weren't flaking off, you could have just used regular clear car wax, but, at this point, with the flaking, you wouldn't be able to apply it.
