Can I bring my Shamrock back to life?

Long story short- My grandma recently died and I knew that she had this Shamrock plant, so we go to her house and she lives in upstate PA, where it gets really cold and snowy and she had it sitting out on her back porch and all the leaves were wilted. I know they generally hibernate during the winter months, but now it just looks... completely beyond help. can anyone tell from this picture if it might come back? or anything I can do to bring it back? Last time I saw it, it was huge and in full glory and had its little flowers.

Any help is greatly appreciated. It would mean the world to me to be able to nurture something my grandmother had for so long.

Give them some water - and wait and see. Might come back - are there other goodies in the garden that you can try to move? Most plants will come back - especially ones as tough as Shamrocks. good luck.
