Systemic Insecticide for Indoor Plants and Trees

I am looking at two products for Winter protection from Mealys and Fungus Gnats and all the other
stuff that usually shows itself a few weeks after I bring the houseplants in for the Winter. Here are
the two products. Looking to find out if anyone has any experience/feedback on them so that I can make
an informed decision:
https://www.amazon.com/Bonide-Product-95 ... pfulgar-20
and:

https://www.amazon.com/BAYER-Advanced-12 ... pfulgar-20

Any help would be appreciated.......

Wouldn't it be better to sanitize the area to start with and make sure the plants are clean and healthy before you bring them in. Fungus gnats usually mean the air circulation is poor and the soil is too wet for too long. It is a problem controlling the environment indoors.

Read the labels carefully on the products some of them specifically state they are for outdoor use only and the label is the law.

In a perfect world what you say is the way I wish it was. However, in my experience all the sanitizing in the
world is not going to prevent a re-occurrence of Fungus Gnats. They lay eggs and these are very difficult to control. It takes an ongoing program of eradication to get rid of them. Mealy bugs are somewhat easier but still persistent without using insecticide. I find Systemic to be the safest for indoor use. Just need some feedback on the two I posted about.
