This is my first year growing lemon grass and pineapple sage and they are doing great and getting huge. So now what do I do with them?
I made Asian inspired stir-fry veggies last night and chopped lemon grass into it.
Tonight will be jelly /jam making night, since I have lots of herbs. I will be making and canning apple sage jelly, strawberry-anise hyssop jam (I made it last year and it is heavenly!), pineapple sage jelly, and lemon balm jelly.
But I always end up with more jam and jelly than I know what to do with. Other, non-jelly suggestions?
