Regarding Scoundrels

Anytime you need someone banned, please let me know. Just PM me (I just activated that function)

It's of the essence for this forum to be a place where people can comfortably ask questions without fear of being flamed. It's also important to keep the spam noise down.

I just placed a private forum post for the moderators explaining how you can delete posts and entire threads.

Please let me know of any other changes we should be making and I'll get that rolling. YOU are the community. Whatever I can do to help I'm here. My suggestion box is open at all times. ;)

Hi Roger,

I have been away due to illness and just received a message about some obscene posts. I have deleted those but would like to get the person banned. Can you help?

Hi Scott and Op,

Thank you soooo much!! I'm able to stay out of bed all day now!! Yesterday was day 3 since May 23rd. I'm sooo happy to be able to sit up so long. I even went out to lunch with one of my daughters. What a treat!

Hugs,
Newt

All the best to you Newt. Here is to a speedy recovery. My thoughts are with you. I'll plant some seeds in your name today.

By the way, I just sent you a basket load of good vibes. (That always helps with me.) :D

Op, you warm my heart!!! That basket arrived and put a big smile on my face!! :D My hubby brings me flowers all the time too. He's been great and so supportive.

Still no diagnosis for sure. More tests on Friday. Ugh.

Many hugs,
Newt

A shame that we are all lauding you on a thread titled "Who Is Gardening Poop?" Seems innappropriate... :P :?

(leading all who know me to wonder "When was he ever appropriate?")

:P :P :P

That is so funny, I was thinking the exact same thing after I made the last post. You guys do realize that I started a thread entitled: HI NEWT.

Anyway, I'm glad that Newt as back and I am doubly glad that we were able to welcome her back. (No matter, where we managed to do it  )

You all have me laughing so hard my ribs hurt!! Guess what I'm sheduled for tomorrow??? Yup, been drinking the stuff that makes you run to the bathroom and have been on a liquid diet all day and!!  I figure if Jane Pauley can do it on television I shouldn't mind. So far it hasn't been a pleasant experience. :(

I've said it before and I'll say it again, I love that icon. Good luck with your tests NEWT. I'm no stranger to all that sort of jazz. Not fun, but, it needs to be done.

Thanks Op. The worst part was the prep. I was asleep the whole time. Now to wait for the biopsies to come back. What a topic for a gardening forum!! Well, it all becomes compost in the end.

Thanks, Scott. I'm working on it with rest when I need to and only light duties at home.

Hugs,
Newt
