I got a no 100' no kink hose at Lowes on sale the other day and so far it works. It is well built and has a nice brass female hose end with a spring on it to keep it from binding. I have a number of hoses and this one is by far the best one I have. I give it 4 stars.

Where is the punch line?

I have NEVER EVER EVER NEVER EVER had a hose that didn't kink at least a little bit.

I have 2 100 ft no-kink hoses. They work really well. I had to get them to go with the little watering thing I bought ... one of those that starts at the beginning of the hose, follows it around, then turns itself off when it reaches the end. Problem is, those 100 ft hoses are too heavy for me to lift.

But I've had them for years now and they haven't ever kinked! :!:

From now on this is the only kind I will buy, I must have 8 or 10 different ones now.

What Brand is it?

Really I do have a few good hose but every now and then they kink. My front one blew out right at the end the other day I need to fix it. I had to go back to old crap hose I have It's only about 30 foot or so but that thing will have 4-5 kinks in it all the time. :x

That's pretty much what mine looks like, too, although I would say mine is more gray than black ... which makes no difference at all.

I do remember that to fit the little watering tractor, I had to get a hose with a diameter of 1", rather than the smaller kinds usually available in retail stores. The hose is great, but darned heavy for an old biddy like me to have to lift. Good thing I have helpful friends and neighbors around.

I have been looking for a good no-kink hose that is not too expensive for a while. I find that most no-kink hoses accomplish the no-kink by not being flexible at all! I have a hose reel that I would want to reel this up into so it would need to be fairly flexible.

These seem to be a reasonable price but how flexible are they?

Applestar,

Yes photoshop, but not very funny if it has to be pointed out.
