What type of grass stays green in winter?

I will probably end up going to a local nursery for guidance, but thought maybe I could get a head start on here. I am in Austin, TX and am wondering what types of grass stay green all winter long. Driving around last winter, I saw some yards that were completely brown while others were still lush and green. Does anyone know which kind of grass would stay green during the winter months? I believe I am Zone 8b.
Thanks!
Erica

Thanks Pixel, I'll have to see if that's a choice here.

My next door neighbors here in zone 7 have fescue that stays green. They are the envy of us all around here, too!

Thanks seaellare! If I can have green grass most of the year - why not!?
