Hello to all. I'm flor from philippines. Do you have any idea on how to make a foliar fertilizer from seaweeds. pls. help

Research Fish & Seaweed - many companies make it and you could easily find out how they did.....

Also research Compost Tea.....Another great way to make foliage food.
