Mail Call

I got tired of always looking for, or having to walk to the garage to get some of my tools(garden in back/garage in front of house). I added this guy a few weeks ago.

Got the idea from my mother-in-law who also has one in her back yard that she keeps plastic bags for scooping dog poop. Mine holds pruners, hand shovel, twine, a tape measure and gloves. Much easier to keep up with and retreive stuff now.

I'm sorry; I think I may have done this wrong the first time (I'm kinda new).

Anyway, I have a box like yours in my shed, and it's great for hanging up your hose, as well as tool storage.

We do have an old mailbox, and with a little paint it will look presentable and be useful, too. Thanks for the idea!
you're welcome. I have really been please with it this season. I drilled a hole in the post on the left side. I have a metal rod about a foot long that I put in the hole and slip my spool of twine on. easy to roll out to desired lenght and cut. remove rod and twine and store in the mailbox.[/list]
