Maybe common vetch?

Kisal is right 98% of the time, even with some really difficult id's, but I'm not thinking this one is vetch. It would help to show us some better pictures of the leaves as well as maybe another angle on the flower.

Vetch leaves are quite distinctive:

That's Clitoria spp. Probably Clitoria ternatea.
