Greenhouse insulation

I have been doing some reading about Reflectix insulation for greenhouses. Has anyone used this? I am wondering if it would block light from entering the greenhouse.

We always use bubble wrap. It's a lousy job though.

Farmergirl....You could use a shade cloth.
