Plant lillies
When can I plant calla lilies and dahlias? Also, last year the callas had nice foliage but no flowers. What did I do wrong?

Should be good to go in all but the coldest climates, Thelma. As to what you did wrong, I'm guessing you fertilized a good deal; that often encourages foliage growth to the detriment of flowers. Check to make sure you use the right fertilizer for bulbs; grass fertilizer or something in that vein would produce exactly the results you described...
