I know I worked on this once before, but I do so many I can't keep track of them all. I'm wondering if I did this for you on another forum or did I do this and hit the wrong button and lose it all. Gosh, I must be getting senile! Anyway, a possibility could be:
Senecio jacobaea - Common ragwort.
