Anyone recommend a good slow growing conifer ?

I need to create a small conifer hedge around 12 inches high , any ideas ?

Hi Braque,

You don't say what your state or hardiness zone is or the sun conditions, so it would be impossible to say. These two sites offer mini shrubs and trees and most are very slow growing.
